the homebuilding business. His father, Kendall Bond, was a
prominent builder for many years in the El Paso area. As a
young man, Kevin spent many a day on the construction site
learning the home building business from the ground up.
....Kevin then went to Tarleton State University where
he received a Bachelor of Science in 1986. This, coupled with
his past experience working for his father, prepared him completely
for the home construction industry.
....Upon graduation, Kevin joined his father’s building firm
and spent the next eight years working side by side with his father
and mentor.
....In 1994, Kendall Bond decided to sell his business, retire
from the homebuilding industry and move to San Angelo, Texas.
....After Kendall Bond Homes was sold, Kevin decided to
expand his knowledge of the building industry by joining
commercial builder, Archer Building Company as a
Project Manager overseeing major commercial construction
projects.
....But, over time, his love for creating beautiful, well-built
homes brought him back to open Bond Custom Homes in 2001.
And today – as any Bond Custom Home owner will attest –
